The purpose of cleaning parts is to remove casting sand, iron filings, rust, abrasive, oil, dust and other dirt on the surface. The cleanliness of parts after cleaning will directly affect the assembly quality and the service life of construction machinery, so the cleaning of parts is a very important link in the assembly of construction machinery. The cleaning agent and cleaning method should be selected correctly according to the material, structural characteristics, pollution and cleanliness requirements.
There are five cleaning methods for precision machinery equipment components:
(1) Scrub. Put the parts into the container containing diesel oil, kerosene or other cleaning liquid, and scrub them with cotton yarn or brush. This method is simple in operation and simple in equipment, but low in efficiency. It is suitable for single piece and small batch of small parts. Generally, gasoline should not be used because of its fat solubility, which will damage people's health and cause fire easily.
(2) Boil and wash. Put the prepared solution and the parts to be cleaned together into the cleaning pool with proper size welded by steel plate, and heat it to 80 ~ 90 with the stove under the pool, and then boil and wash it for 3 ~ 5 min.
(3) Spray wash. Spray the cleaning fluid with certain pressure and temperature to the surface of the parts to remove oil stains. This method has good cleaning effect and high production efficiency, but the equipment is complex, which is suitable for cleaning parts with less complex shape and serious oil dirt on the surface.
(4) Vibration cleaning. The parts to be cleaned are placed on the cleaning basket or cleaning rack of the vibration cleaning machine, and immersed in the cleaning fluid. The vibration generated by the cleaning machine simulates the manual rinsing action and the chemical action of the cleaning fluid to remove oil stains.
(5)Ultrasonic cleaning. The chemical action of the cleaning fluid and the ultrasonic vibration introduced into the cleaning fluid work together to remove oil stains.
