Analysis of the EDM processing technology

Electrical discharge machining (EDM) is also known as electrical discharge

machining. It is a new technology that directly uses electric energy and

heat energy to process. During the process of EDM processing technology, the

spark discharge is generated between the tool electrode and the workpiece,

and the metal is eroded by the partial and instantaneous high temperature

produced by the discharge.

As we all know, EDM processing is mainly composed of three parts: the

preparation of EDM, EDM processing technology and inspection yizekv05 of

EDM. Electrical discharge machining (EDM) can process through holes and

blind holes,and the former is commonly called EDM perforation machining, and

the latter is commonly called EDM molding. They not only have different

names, but also differ greatly in their EDM processing technology methods.

by spark discharge is called EDM.
